TICKET INFORMATION

  • All tickets are RFID wristbands and must be scanned at venue for entry.
  • Please visit our ADA page for ADA Information.

ORDER INFORMATION

  • There is an 8 ticket limit.
  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Do not buy tickets from a third party or scalper. Third party sales can’t be guaranteed, authenticated or supported. Only tickets sold through the Lyte Fan to Fan Exchange will be guaranteed.
  • A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
  • Last day to update shipping address is September 15, 2019.
  • There is a $10 shipping fee per order.

GETTING YOUR ORDER

  • All orders will ship in October via UPS Mail Innovations starting in October
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances. If you are unable to receive your order you will need to pick up your tickets at will call.
  • Original purchaser must present valid photo ID, order confirmation and credit card used for purchase to pick up the order. No alternate name pickups are allowed. No name changes. No exceptions.
