  • I’ve ordered on a Payment Plan but defaulted on a payment. Is my order cancelled?
    If you default on a payment you will have 10 days to get your order in good standing. If not, your order will be cancelled and we will retain a $50 restocking fee.

  • Can I cancel my order if I’ve already paid my Payment Plan down payment?
     No, sorry all sales are final, but please visit LYTE to inquire about listing passes on their fan-to-fan exchange.

  • How do I get on the Payment Plan?
     $10 down payment plan options are no longer available. As of Sept 13th, secure your ticket with 50% down at time of purchase. Remaining 50% due on same calendar date as purchase in October (i.e. if you bought on 9/13 your next payment is 10/13). Available on all orders over $100.
  • Does GA have viewing of the main stage? It only says VIP and SUPER VIP have viewing.
     Yes, all ticket types can view all the stages. The VIP perks are simply extra exclusive areas for VIP.
  • What happened to the Early Bird Price?
     Those sold out really fast.
  • What happened to the Tier 1 price?
     Those sold out really fast too, after early bird sold out.
  • What is the limit of tickets I can purchase?
     Eight (8)
  • Will single day tickets be available at any point?
     Yes, single day tickets will be on sale on Friday, 9/13 at 10AM PT. Single day tickets available while supplies last.
  • What do the different ticket tiers mean?
     The sooner you buy, the lower the price!
  • Where can I find will call/the box office to pick up tickets and/or if I have questions?

  • I already have tickets, where should I stay?
     Have your tickets and looking for a hotel? Start your search HERE.
  • Is the festival all ages?
      Yes, GA, VIP & Super VIP are all ages. Bottle service & cabanas are 21+. Children 5 and under are free. Must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • What time does the festival start/end?
      Doors open at 12pm. The show will end before 1am – more details will be available closer to the festival dates.
  • Is there a map?
      Yes, check out the festival map on the Map page.
  • Are there ins & outs?
      Not for General Admission. VIP & Super VIP ticket holders are allowed a limited number of ins & outs.
  • Where do I park for this event?
     There is no parking on site at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Festival grounds are only accessible by rideshare and Las Vegas Monorail. Please check our Getting Here page for public transportation information.
  • Do you have a Lost & Found?
     Yes. Please check back closer to the festival for location.
  • Can I bring a camera?
     A phone camera or a small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses is fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event. GoPros are fine, but no poles or extenders will be permitted.
  • Is there Public Transportation to the event?

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?
    Yes, check out the Set Times page for all set times. Note that set times are subject to change.

  • Can my band/artist perform on this show?
      No. We do not accept unsolicited artist/band/DJ/performance/Elvis impersonator submissions.
  • Are you hiring or looking for volunteers?
      No. If that changes, we will post it here. Thank you for your interest!
  • If I am a nursing mother, will there be a place to store breast milk at the festival?
     No, there will not be breast milk storage offered on-site.
  • Can I bring in prescription medication?
     There will not be any storage provided for medications. All medications will be checked upon entry and provided it is transported in original prescription packaging with a name that matches the valid ID of the owner it will be allowed in.
